I remember the first time I heard their debut album - totally blew me away. Same again when I saw them live supporting post-Max-Seps and Slayer. Don't think they ever quite reached the heights of that debut, though Toxicity and their others have some cracking tracks on. I've been spending the past month going through old CD's I haven't heard for ages... Draconian Times by Paradise Lost must be one of THE all time great metal records. Yeah, no sh*t. I remember the first time I heard their debut album – totally blew me away.
Same again when I saw them live supporting post-Max-Seps and Slayer.

Don’t think they ever quite reached the heights of that debut, though Toxicity and their others have some cracking tracks on.
