Hello all you pot smokers out there!

Its been a little while since my last journal entry I know but I have some very good excuses for lagging behind on keeping all you Landphil fans out there posted on my latest coming and goings, Its been about a year since Me and my buddies put out the first Cannabis corpse album, At the time i was just sitting around with my friend andy ( Who sings In a very good dungeon and dragons themed death metal band called “BATTLEMASTER” ) being bored smoking weed and recording some tunes just to pass the time between Municipal waste tours, We never expected that the album would take off like it did.

We got so much positive feedback from everyone out there we decided that we had to cut a follow up album. Well folks the wait is finally over! Ever since I got back from the awesome tour with suicidal tendencies back in Nov. I have been in the studio recording the new CANNABIS CORPSE album called “TUBE OF THE RESINATED” We actually booked some pro studio time this go around so all you cannabis corpse fans are going to get alot more bang for your buck, Hallhammer and I have been working on these songs off and on for about a year now so I feel very confident that they are going to be brutal as hell!

We have been pumping the studio full of the finest weed smoke that richmond va has to offer, Andy has actually overdosed on THC 3 times already and had to be hospitalized so that kind of put a halt on production for a couple days, ( Just kidding ) We have andrei ( The guy that did the cover for ” The art of partying” ) painting the cover for the album and when You see it You pot heads out there might actually collapse a lung! We expect to be done in another week or so and will send it off to be mastered, We are definantly shooting for a release on 420 so packing your gravity bong now!!

As far as municipal waste goes I am leaving on jan 25th to come out to the uk for a short tour so get ready uk thrashers because It is going to be a kickass way to start the year!

Hey hey hey smoke weed everyday that is my motto! I am always down with sparking up a doo-ber or pulling a sick tube. And I must admit that I have had more than my fair share of days sitting on the couch getting helplessly stoned and watching Youtube videos on the internet. Sometimes I will be surfing that endless tidal wave of useless crap and come across something that blows my mind and say to my self ” why isnt this guy famous?” or “this band is the greatest thing I have ever seen!!” so I have taken a vow to bring you the readers of metal hammer all my top picks from youtube every month. It is always a good time! 

 It will take some effort to pull myself away from the bong And write for this prestigious magazine But I think I can handle it. You are going to look back and think “what did I ever do before I started reading Landphils informative/hilarious articles?” Trust me.
