I’m still convinced they could be dazed for many reasons: they could have had a bit to drink, maybe they just got slammed in the mosh, or maybe the stobe lights, or possibly even they’re just fucking tired after a kick-ass show. I mean, who doesn’t come home dazed from a Slayer show?

I’m an Aussie and I can’t believe that some dickhead was given a grant to study this. Obviously must be a Powderfinger fan who conducted it, ‘cos they think they’re all pretty hardcore.

Can I ask Dr Dickhead to maybe go see some great Aussie music like Blood Duster, Rose Tattoo, The Angels, The Bezerker and The Hard-Ons and see what the after effects are on the crowds at those gigs? He might be happy to see that evryone is pretty coherent and able to sting a sentence together. Then check out the usual Sydney and Melbourne rave scene and let me know what his findings are. Well perhaps they are right why dont we give them a chance to explain. We keep on whining and ranting about but it’s all about the attitude anyway. We can watch metal concert without headbangin right if it’s good for us then why should we poke fun to them. We should be thankful at least they gave us something to think about.
