My 8 - random order

Matt Heafy (Trivium)
James Hetfield (Metallica)
Phil Anselmo (Pantera) - Haven’t seen live but he deserves to be on the list
Dimebag (Pantera) - Not exactly a front man but he still deserves to be on the list holding up a band as the only guitarist.
Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden)
Geoff Tate (Queensryche)
James LaBrie (Dream Theater)
John Petrucci (Dream Theater) - See “Dimebag”
