The Illusionist (2010)
This was a cute and poignant story about a magician's dying trade and his relationship with a young girl, who believes that his magic is indeed 'real'. They take a trip to Ediburgh where he tries to ply his trade, but sadly they grow apart.
It's a little slow to start but the film is fucking stunningly illustrated. Anyone who liked the artwork of the Broken Sword games will find it up their street.
7/10, probably up to 8 on a second viewing.

It's very good mate. Like I say a bit of a slow start. Also, the characters don't talk in any kind of recognisable language – it's all gibberish, like a hybrid between grunting, French and spastic. Whether this is to concentrate on the animation, mannerisms, expressions or scenery. I don't know.
