Nov. 24 - Wolverhampton, UK - Civic

Tickets will go on sale Friday, March 19th and will be £26 everywhere, except in London where they are £32.50.
The clearest indication that Avenged Sevenfold are set to continue comes in the shape of a US tour rumour.
Avenged Sevenfold are rumored to be preparing for a US tour with Disturbed and Stone Sour later on this year. The tour, set to be called the Rockstar Uproar tour, is set to go across the US and Canada in the late summer and the first date to be revealed will take place on August 24th in Ontario, Canada.
Avenged Sevenfold had confirmed that they would record their new album with Dream Theater man Mike Portnoy, in tribute to original drummer, Jimmy 'The Rev' Sullivan, but this is the clearest indication yet that A7X will continue as a fully-functioning band.

Photographer Jeremy Saffer has new book coming out and yes, it's nude women in corpse paint. One for the Christmas list.
Combining his favorite sub genre of metal (black metal), along with his career-long work in fine art nude photography, Saffer has been shooting content for a new book and calendar series.
"For those who know me or follow my work, I work mostly with bands, and dabble in some fine-art photography, and being that black metal has had the longest tenure as my favorite genre in metal, it made sense to some how cross the paths of my work," he says. "I am shooting this project in a few ways. I am shooting fine-art and fashion style nude images with corpse paint — very elegant, standard poses…but also shooting very metal/creepy poses — so there's a good mix of traditional and non-traditional posing for both genres."

Ihsahn will play an incredibly rare one-off UK show on August 19th at Camden's Electric Ballroom. The former Emperor man will be bringing his unique brand of black prog-metal in support of his outstanding new album, 'After'.
Speaking about the date, Ihsahn has said: "The first show I ever did outside Norway was in London with Emperor in 1993 and now, 17 years later, I'm really excited to return as a solo artist for my debut UK show"

Fear Factory frontman Burton C Bell talks about the times without Dino Cazares in the band...
I'm sure your proud of the two Fear Factory albums without Dino, but did it feel to you then that there was something missing without him there? Or maybe do you have that feeling in hindsight?
Well, on ARCHETYPE, the album was a copy or archetype of Fear Factory. There's some good songs on it. It's a good record, but it's not an adventurous record. But when it came time for TRANSGRESSION that's when I noticed that Christian really wanted to find his own identity instead of copying Dino. Again, the title says it all, it was a transgression of the Fear Factory sound. Christian had another idea of what Fear Factory should sound like. Christian and Raymond wrote all the music on those records and I did the best I could do with it. There are some good songs on them, but they were definitely a departure from the classic Fear Factory sound.

Q: How about the 80/90’s material. There are lots of fans in Europe who are huge fans of the eighties and nineties KISS material. Will there be songs included from that period as well?
A: I’m sure “Crazy Nights” will be in the set and “God Gave Rock & Roll to You”. It’s really hard to cover everything from the beginning. So it means we have to leave out some songs. We can’t just keep adding songs. It’s great when people say “how about doing this one or that one” so ok then, what will be taken out of the show then?
