German rockers Scorpions have said that tonight the band will be making a sensational statement, here’s what Hammer think it might be.

3) Scorpions are going to personally apologise to all members of the human race for ‘Winds of Change’
4) Scorpions ARE really are singing “get out of their wee” in ‘Bad Boys Running Wild’

6) That their next album will be heavier yet more melodic
7) …and definately their best work to date
8 ) The band intend to put the Berlin Wall back up (for no apparent reason)

Their going to be doing an MTV special on them. I heard this a while back, kinda like the metallica icons event. Also its rumoured that rammstein will cover ‘winds of change’…no i’m not joking lol

Saw them supporting Judas Priest several years ago and they blew them away – on there day one of the best live bands out there.
Greatest Live band ever!! Rumor is the “announcement” is that they are touring with Metallica. Not sure how I feel about that.

i saw them twice on that judas priest tour and they certainly didn’t blow them away. good warm up act at best and not a patch on testament ot megadeth on the last priest tour.

oh no we upset a couple of scorpions fans by ridiculing them. they weren’t moronic statements, its called having a laugh. i happen to like the older scorpions material. i also love iron maiden but it doesnt stop me taking the piss out of bruce dickinsons trousers!
saw the scorpions twice on the priest tour of 2005 and they certainly didn’t blow them away. testament and megadeth were better support for priest on the 2009 tour
i know about having a laugh.. i’m all for that, as long as it does not upset the fans who respect them.so laugh is laugh..but remember not to offend the fans.
