How would i know. :(

Um, whooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo?

Mustained undies

I love AIC but they were beyond embarrassing last night on Jools Holland.

They only got ONE song to end the show with!
Will be watching the extended show om Friday to see if they’re allowed more than just Check My Brain :P

You reckon undies? I thought they were n’t too bad!!

I can’t wait to see them tomorrow night in Glasgow!!

i read they’re getting 3 songs for the firday one. For yesterdays one the sound was all wrong… cantrell was singing main with new guy in the back which is why it sounded dreadful

kipper64

The only reason they sounded poor on Jools was because the sound was because for some reason DuVall’s mic was turned right down, meaning the vocal harmonies didn’t really come through properly which made the song sound quite off.

Never heard of Little fish, but I’ll check them out later, tbh I’m a little dissapointed, thought it was just going to be an extended AiC set with no support

Stephen

Little fish sound horrendous. Not metal hammer material at all, under any circumstances. Can’t image the typical AiC audience enjoying this.

Snakepit

I missed them on jools holland. But Jerry cantrell is the only guy i can really hear singing on the new album anyway.
I mean, there are parts where you can hear Duvall but about 80% of the time it sounds like Cantrell is the lead vocalist.

Ross Kitson

On Friday’s Jools Holland they’ll play Check My Brain, Lesson Learned & Black Gives Way To Blue with Jools doing the piano. Agree it sounded wrong, William should have been front and centre.

I didn’t think the sound was great on Jools Holland, However in AIC defense.. It’s a small studio with a small audiance that doesn’t really inspire a rocky mood.. I saw them at Sonisphere UK and they blew me away… Bring on Saturday!

Mustained undies

The sound wasnt the only thing that was off for me…. they kinda looked and sounded like a ‘typical’ or cliched band of tired heavy metal morons.

Sure, image is not everything and people get older (even my heroes!) but it was the kinda thing that I told everyone to watch Jools because AIC are on and try and convert people into thinking that hard rock/metal/grunge is not crap, and then hoped that they didnt tune in, because it confirmed every cliche they associate with ‘that’ style of music.

I was cursing at the tv because Joss Stone got 2 songs – but after AIC played, I wished I hadnt witnessed it.

Little FIsh fucking suck. It’s just some mad woman with a guitar and the guy she’s shagging on drums. AIC were fucking awesome though!

Watched them last night in the O2 academy in birmingham and they kicked ass. even the support band was good, the woman out of little fish is quite good i thought , wouldnt mind giving here one myself ;)
