Alice In Chains Pick Producer For New Album

Legendary Seattle grungers Alice In Chains have chosen the man who will produce their comeback album.
The as-yet untitled disc will be produced by Foo Fighters and Shadows Fall man Nick Raskulinecz. Scheduled for release in the first half of 2009, this marks the first Alice In Chains album since the passing of Layne Stayley, the first to feature new frontman William DuVall and the first AIC studio album since the band’s self-titled effort in 1995. That’s a lot of firsts.
