Alice In Chains Post New Album Studio Footage

Alice In Chains have posted yet more footage of themselves in the studio, working on their first new album for 13 years.
Check out this Alice In Chains studio video of the band working with producer Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Shadows Fall).
Alice in Chains as-yet untitled album is expected to arrive in the first half of 2009.

Can’t wait. Hopefully it will be successful. I saw them at download 2006. William Duval is good, but he’s no Layne Staley.
yeah gotta agree with that am afraid, duval aint no staley but i still wanna hear a new album from those guys,it would be a waste of talent if they dint. layne was one of if not the best vocalest of his generation and he is dearly missed.like the other guy said, hope it works
I saw ‘Chains twice in 2006 and it goes without saying - no-one beats Layne, he’s a god!! I only wish I could have seen them when Layne was still alive. Gutted am I…
Still, I can’t wait to hear the new material and if they tour here, I will go and see them yet again!

Mel knows what I’m talking about, Layne was the man, and it is a hard job for duval to step up to. I think it’ll be a hard slog, but at the end of the day, AIC is the best Grunge/metal band that ever graced the planet, damn it. They’ll evolve, and move in the right direction. Good luck guys \m/
