Details of the NY thrash legends latest LP, ‘Worship Music’ are finally starting to emerge, courtesy of Facebook.

Yes indeed, via the opium of the people – Facebook – Anthrax shredder, Rob Caggiano has revealed that, as far as the new album is concerned, he is: “done with all his guitar solos… and is now soaking his hands in a tub of Johnny Walker Black!”

‘Worship Music’, the bands first studio album in six years, marks the debut of new singer Dan Nelson.

The band have been quick in singing the praises of their latest opus, describing one track, ‘Vampires’ as “a dark, heavy groove with some serious, amazing vocals and a great, big chorus”, and Scott Ian noting that ‘The Giant’ is “brutally in your face”

Other details to emerge about the LP include the revelation that one track, ‘Fight ‘Em ‘Til You Can’t’ is about zombies, as, notes drummer Charlie Benante: “Who doesn’t love a good zombie song?”
