arch_enemy90Arch Enemy have stated that they will have a brand new album in stores by the end of 2009!
Guitarist Michael Amott has said: “By October we’ll have a new studio recording released worldwide, and the set we do at Loud Park 09 in Japan will reflect that, of course! The title and full details of this album we’ve been making in somewhat secretive, or at least in a low-key manner will be made official very soon.”

Arch Enemy will co-headline a night at this year’s Bloodstock festival.

Bollocks. I’d rather see a new Carcass album and a full UK tour. They were phenomenal at Damnation Festival last year.

I cant wait, how awesome =D This album will be brilliant just like the others =D
Bloodstock will be awesome this year (If i can get the bloody train fare >.<)

I thought they were supposed to be just re-recording some of their older material with Angela on vocals instead?
Oh well, if that’s still happening then fair enough, but a new album is obviously more appetising :P

Rise Of The Tyrant has to be their best album yet in my opinion.

“new studio recording”.
Hmm. He didn’t say an album of new material. Could be that horrible re-recording thing.

So Arch Enemy don’t, in fact, reveal new album details.
Looking forward to it, though… Michael Amott is amazing!

T-Rocket

If it’s a new album awesome, if it’s that re-recording of their older stuff I’m nowhere near as excited.
