Sure I really dislike BFMV, but considering how awful Scream Aim and Fire was and how poor the poison was, I think it is safe to say that this is the best album so far (from what we have heard)

Sure they wont ever write, play, make REAL MEKTAL!!!11 but I think as an appreciable means of transferring some of those lost indie/emo/goth kids who are on the fence as to what to listen to as all those bands have disappeared, I think this is the album that will convert them to metal.

ALSO what is BLOODY annoying is this:
The first song that got released from this, the one with the faggy chorus, stop begging for your mercy, well the chorus has been stuck in my head for like TWO WEEKS!

“PLLEEASE FORGIVE ME (please forgive me) I DONT KNOW WHAT I’M DOOOING” So embarrassing lol

Your Betrayal is awesome. Great guitar riffs and a massive hook on the chorus. That whispered vocal line is really unexpected from BFMV. Sinister.

Couldn’t hear the other song cos of the record label getting involved but my verdict of ‘your betrayal’ is mixed. It’s got a big hook but it sounds a bit like what BFMV have been doing for the last 2 albums instead of it being an progression on previous material (my personal opinion don’t think many people are gonna agree), probably didn’t help that the sounds wasn’t to good and you never know it’ll probably grow on me over time, either that or my standards are too high after hearing ‘begging for mercy’ not to mention the fact bands don’t really release the best song off the album as the first single/ free dahnload.

alright, listen fuckstick, The Poison was good, Scream Aim Fire kicked ass, regardless of what you fuckheads say, real metal is not screaming for an hour with lame double bass going, and rapidly strumming a few strings all day, metal is an art, combining aspects of singing, screaming, guitar, and every other instrument. When you scream all the time you’re basically broadcasting “hey, my vocals suck ass,” but if you sing and then scream to emphasize a certain word or phrase is much more effective. When you play a good guitar solo, not just something that sounds cool because of studio effects, something decently hard, it shows you have talent. When you’re pressing two pedals all day it says “I can’t make a decent beat,” you can’t headbang to double bass. And to all you assholes who say this isn’t metal FUCK YOU BITCH! It’s way fuckin better than what you can play.

to be fair im glad they’ve made songs like these reminds me more of there old stuff (the good stuff) kinda looking forward to the rest of the album, never i thought id say that after scream aim and fire

These new songs.. as far as Bullet go they’re good, but as generic as they’ve ever been. I liked Tuck’s voice when I was 15, but when you realise just how uninspired the lyrics are and how whiny he is… ugh.

At least, they’re not getting any worse. I’m impressed by a few instrumental parts in these songs

well if I am, then they are, it seems metal has gone from showing that they had talent and wouldn’t bow to society has turned to people who try to live up to that and stay rebellious because they try not to suck all the time. The truth is that Megadeth, Slayer, and Metallica started true “metal”. People criticize Bullet, Trivium and A7X because they have an original sound that they are not used to, so they listen to bands like Bleeding Through, Slipknot, and other bands because of their vocals, and then people say these guys sound original when they sound like each other. Do I need to remind everyone that metal, the definition of it, is music that has the guitar and vocals taking a co-lead part with each other. I’m not trying to trash the rest of metal, but if the metal community is that bad where I happen to be trashing most of metal’s bands by my above comments, then that just says that all of them sound the same and are not original in the least. I have spoken.
