coheed90The melodic progsters have announced that they are to play in the capital this June.

Claudio Sanchez will be bringing his considerably troll-like hair to the HMV Forum on June 24th. This comes in the wake of the release of their new album, ‘Year Of The Black Rainbow’, in April.

can’t wait!!! Last time i saw coheed was at soni last year, crowd surfed from the back to the front, got helped down by the bouncers, high fived a front row member in triumph, turned round and tripped over my shoelace and headbutted the front barrier…..spent the next hour in the hospital tent getting my face stitched up…… good times!!!

Who decided this? It’s not on their twitter, facebook or website, nor the HMV Forum website…and seeing as every MH news story is usually a rumour they saw on one of those, I don’t understand where this information is coming from :(

I see Hammer shamefully corrected it’s mistake ;)

Want a full UK tour though!
Personally I think all of London should just be dug up from England and put on an Island if bands insist on a UK date being London alone, why not make it a bloody country in itself!

What mistake did they make? Because it seems to me like this entire post is a mistake.

They said something like they’d be playing in June prior to the release of the album in April…

terrybezer

Evidently not, Dan, as we’ve found it and you haven’t.

The QMeister

I wish they played Birmingham instead, that would have been orsum*!

*Orsum spelt wrong on purpose. :|

check ticketmaster…. it’s on there!!

Go on then Terrybezer, enlighten me.

They have become one of my favourite bands in recent months :)

In terms of how “metal” they are, I’d compare them to Led Zeppelin or Rush (not that they’re QUITE as good as those bands though!)

it went on sale at 9am yesterday then got pulled because it was a week too early.

i tried seetickets but their system said on sale on the website but failed when you paid.

stargreen were selling them till 11am i bought my ticket

search twitter for see tickets, they posted the link first
