Stone Sour and Slipknot frontman and all-round legend of a man Corey Taylor has been speaking out about the forthcoming album from Stone Sour. Check out the video below. As-yet untitled, the effort is expected to surface this summer.
Stone Sour also recently revealed that they will again work with Foo Fighters and Rush producer Nick Raskulinecz, who produced the band’s last studio effort, ‘Come What(ever) May’. Corey Taylor had originally told us that the band would be using Green Day and Paramore collaborator, Rob Carvallho. No reason has been given for the change of heart.

Not the biggest fan of SS or SK, but if they came along to Download/Sonisphere I’d surely check them out.
There are rumours flying round that Stone Sour will be releasing the album around August and will almost definitely be playing Download this year. Its looking very likely. So I will be pre-ordering my Download ticket tomorrow as I love Stone Sour and cant wait to see them there!!!
