Ed, Fear Factory had already split up. But if Dino and Burton can reconcile their differences… who knows?

Fear Factory were one of my all time favourite bands! Christian and and Raymond (Guitar after Dino left, and drums respectively) have a new project too, called Arkea – they’re on myspace and they’re pretty awesome!

If there’s a god/devil, FF will re-form and be part of the next Download or Sonisphere announcement.

Oh well…

i thought divine heresy’s album was pretty sweet, never really been too into fear factory though to be honest. there are better vocalists than burton

There is stuff on Fear Factorys myspace that say they are reuniting with a new album & a world tour, please let them play Ireland.

Thought FF were still active, just keeping quiet about a new album, my bad before. Unfortunately I’m not old enough to have seen FF in their prime time. Would have loved to have been at Donnington ‘96. But one day I will get the chance to witness them live!… (Sonisphere…)

Fear Factory are awesome, looking at the guys getting involved in this project you could pretty much come up with a similar sound to it.
But seriously Barry, Burtons vocals are a welcome to change to Death Metal vocalists as it’s much more soothing and pleasing on the ears. I love my In Flames, Devildriver and Arch Enemy as much as any man, but Burton shits on all of em

Actually it was stated by Devin Townsend that his favorite band’s are Fear Factory and Meshuggah and he had put a lot of elements in Strapping Young Lad’s music from these two…
