Download To Announce More Bands Next Week

Download festival organizer Andy Copping’s Twitter has been very active for a Monday. First comes the news that more bands are set to be revealed for Download 2010 next week. His full tweet reads: “Patience people, an announcement will be forthcoming next week, all will be good, you should like what we have. Can’t wait for the doubters.”

This was followed shortly after about a posting on the free RATM show: “There should be news regarding the free Rage Against The Machine gig late next week.”

Are these two linked? We had our suspicions last week but this has sent us into overdrive.
