Fear Factory Box-Set Details Announced

A special limited-edition box-set of Fear Factory’s forthcoming album ‘Mechanize’ will be released that comes in the shape of a tool box.
The box includes the digipack CD version of ‘Mechanize’, carpenter pencil, hammer, screwdriver, calliper, folding rule, measuring tape, patch (12 x 5cm), poster DIN A2 (folded to A4), certificate with serial number and sticker DIN A5. Set for release on February 19, the item costs 66.66 euros. Order your copy here.

@ ED yeah its been on play for at least a month with all this info. but im still wondering why anyone would want all this to come with a CD? just seems an excuse to make money or at least to create a lack of interest in a limited edition format. even Rammstein’s limited edition was slightly interesting even though it was 6 dildo’s. i cant see the interest in the ‘tool box’ edition of the album.
I think this is kinda stupid, I’d gladly buy a boxset that came with a DVD and some rare songs or something. Though, If I did technology at school, it would be pretty awesome.

i’ll stick with my preordered digipak thanks. pretty stupid idea, only use it would have is if u were in the building/carpentry trade or a DIY obsessive or whatever, and u wouldnt want to tarnish an expensive special edition like that!

Yeah I’m sticking with the digipack. All it is the CD company trying to get more money out of you. If you want tools just ask your dad :L
