Fuel Girls Motorhead Diary - Day 1
Part one of our three day diary from the sultry starlets from last year’s Metal Hammer Golden Gods, the irrepressible Fuel Girls.Over the next few days on Metal Hammer, we’ll be checking out what these feisty vixens got up to while on the road with Lemmy and the boys as well as delving into the girls spicy photo diaries for the tour.

MOTORHEAD MANCHESTER
We flew home to London and headed straight up to join the Motorhead tour at Manchester Apollo. It was sold out and there was a queue round the block to get in! Performing with Motorhead is the biggest buzz. We met Lemmy, Mikey and Phil at Hellfest in France causing trouble back stage. They are the nicest people you will meet and really know how to party, which is just as well, as the Fuel Girls intended on keeping the party going all week!
This was a place that DID allow fire and we busted it out big time in homage to the US and their health and safety!
Driving through the night from Manchester to Cardiff was interesting when your driver is as insane as Fuel Girl Lara! Rather than taking 3 hours it took us 6 and we got in at 7am - that was with the help of my DJ’ing skills blasting out 80s power ballads!
It was my 21st birthday today and we were sleeping at a 5* hotel - hooray! I think the receptionist thought we were the support band, or maybe that’s what Motorhead told them, cuz we were treated like queens!
