not too shabby,
for an Emo-fest
king blues will steal the show
although i’m looking forward to hearing new shikari material
what a load of emo shite that is!
well disapointed ¬¬
Thats not a festival,it’s what should be playing the local coffee shop on an off day. when is the industry gonna get it? They wont be on guitar hero nor playing football stadiums without any back up bands.emo screamo is a stinking finger linger from a failed 90’s that produced nothing and managed to lose all the women (except 14 y/olds), lose musician respect (i’m not buying tab for these idiots) and that same fucking whine to angry bursts of blah blah blah childish rants.
Got to agree. although, even you moshers will agree, Underoath are amazing.
The rest of that stuff is just terrible.. I heard there are people crying out for Madina Lake to play – why cry to hear them? I almost cry when i have to bare listening to them.

While this type of music that people seem to think is “Emo” isn’t my favorite, I do enjoy it. Give It A Name has ALWAYS been an “Emo” Weekend, with the occasional non-”Emo” band thrown in here or there. Any of you who are complaining, GET OVER IT!
Oh, and Nate the Great, talk all the smack you want, it doesn’t bother me. However, these bands you seem to think have “failed”…well, you must have a dictionary with a different definition of “failed” than I do. “Emo screamo” (did you mean Emo AND Screamo, or have you started a new, incorrect category in which bands who sound nothing alike and produce different types of music get incorrectly grouped together?) Anyway, these “Emo screamo” bands have huge followings (and no, not just from 14 year old girls – compare how many 14 year old girls own an Underoath album as opposed to say, Scouting for Girls or Justin Timberlake). Their fans are loyal, and show up in mass everytime they make their way across the pond for a show in tiny old England.
Oh and Nate, who gives a rat’s ass whether or not any of these bands will be on Guitar Hero…is that supposed to be the new sign of “making it in the industry”?!? You make me laugh.
very much agree with bert (y)
if you are not a fan of these artists then im sure u wont be going , so what does it matter to you?
Although I am disapointed witht this line-up I have to say nicely said Bert, I might not want to see all these bands but there are ALOT of people who will. I still want to see Underoath, escape the Fate and Enter Shikari are always good live no matter what anybody says about them.
fuck off your all to poor to go or have no life that you comment to say how bad it is its going to be sick as allways im going to both london shows i live in brighton cud of been more better bands but its at a smaller venue what do u expect can wait.. gunna get my 2step on for sure cuzz xxxx
Who cares, Underoath are amazing, if you dont like the bands dont go… and if its known as such “emo fest” why do people keep expecting metal and alternative stuff?… first give it a name was best. end of!
