Guitar Hero: Metallica Set-list Confirmed
Metallica have confirmed the 49 songs that make up Guitar Hero: Metallica and we’ve got the full list inside! There’s also news of which venues will be available in the game…including one very famous UK venue!
After confirming on Friday that players will not be able to play as Cliff Burton, today brings slightly happier news in the shape of the mammoth set-list for Guitar Hero: Metallica. The Metallica tracks set for inclusion are:

In related news, Metallica have announced that amongst the playable venues on Guitar Hero: Metallica will be the L.A. Forum, Russia’s Tushino Airfield and (most excitingly!) the Hammersmith Odeon.
Metallica’s Rob Trujillo recently told Metal Hammer his life story, rumours continue to swell about a UK mega-show this summer and Metallica will also be inducted into this year’s Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame.

I’m sitting here at work with the Windows Media player up and listening to a few tunes while I get my shit done. I’ve just listened to “Load” and “Reload” and I have to say that they don’t sound that bad!! When I first heard “Until It Sleeps” when it got released as the first single, I was mortified. What the fuck are Metallica playing at?? I thought. Even the both albums I have on my computer have been ripped from a mate of mine as I never bothered to buy them. But I’ve now listened to them with different ears and I’m convinced that both records didn’t deserve the slagging off they copped from the press and fans at the time of their release. Here’s a scary thought: maybe in 10 years time we’ll be saying what a great, underated album “St Anger” was. Nah, that’s not likely…
Is there anyone else who hated the two “-Load” albums when they came out but now really dig ‘em?

i remember when metallica refused to make a music video,now we have metallica action figures,metallica video games,metallica condoms and just yesterday i pre-ordered my metallica cutlery set.seriously stop wasting time with stuff like this and PLEASE record a decent album.

Dude all the great metallica songs are on here but they should have included ride the lightning and an justice for all, maybe there cover of wiskey in the jar which is a good pub song.
