Man Who Leaked Guns N’ Roses’ ‘Chinese Democracy’ Is Sentenced

The man charged with leaking ‘Chinese Democracy’ tracks has gotten away with something of a light tap on the wrist.
Kevin Cogill, the man who first leaked ‘Chinese Democracy’ tracks onto the internet, has been sentenced to two months of home confinement and must allow his computers to be searched by the government. This comes on top of being sentenced to a year of probation by a Los Angeles court.
During sentencing, Coghill said: “I never intended to hurt the artist, I intended to promote the artist because I’m a fan.”
Is this a fair sentencing and is it fair to say that Axl’s going to tear his dreads out when he hears this news?

Funny thing is, is that Axl is fuming anyway, cause he expected the new album to be top of the charts, but everyone thinks it’s shit
does anyone know exactly how albums are leaked?
is it usually an inside job at the record company, or is a computer or network hacked into, or is it at a cd pressing factory around the time the disc goes gold and the master is sent to them?
He should have been given a life sentence for bringing this piece of shit album into the world sooner!!
if he hadn’t leaked it, the album probably still wouldn’t have been released so i say give the guy a reward.
