Hellfest Announce Kiss As Headliners
France’s Hellfest have announced that Kiss will be on of the festival’s 3 headliners!
Hellfest, the metal and hardcore festival that traditionally takes place the weekend after Download, have announced that Kiss will be one of the festival’s three headliners.
Other names already announced are: 7 Seconds, Agnostic Front, Arch Enemy, Architects, Atheist, Behemoth, Black Cobra, Bloodbath, Born From Pain, Count Raven, Dark Funeral, Dying Fetus, Earth Crisis Finntroll, General Surgery, Ghost Brigade, Gwar, Kampfar, Negura Bunget, Obscura, Rwake, Saviours, Secrets Of The moon, Sepultura, Suffocation, Swallow The Sun, Sworn Enemy, Tankard, Walls Of Jericho and Weedeater.
Further announcements and ticket details are expected this Saturday, November 29th.
Hellfest takes place in Clisson, France on June 18th – 20th, 2010.

It’s an all new stage show, nothing like Download. Eric Singer is back to playing double kick drums, the classic “KISS” logo is now part of the drum riser and not up the back like in the past. The latest pix I’ve been seeing on-line look pretty fuckin’ amazing, you’ll probably want to take some sunglasses with you as it get’s pretty bright!! Can’t wait to hear the new songs, they’ve been sounding good on YouTube.
It’d be good if they headlined Download again, but Andy Copping’s already said that it’s gonna be big as it’s Donnington’s 30th Anniversary in 2010!
Either way, I’m going to see KISS in Birmingham this coming May, and I was planning to go to Hellfest next year anyway, so this is great news!
