Thankfully, Ms Brinks has left hospital and is said to be in good health.

In this moment vocalist Maria Brinks was involved in an unfortunate road accident this past Tuesday (August 31st).

A full account of the accident from Maria reads:

“I had a pretty intense day,” she wrote on Tuesday. “I was in a car crash. We got hit by a dude going 55 [miles per hour] and we were stopped at light.” She added, “I am home from hospital now and fine, though. I have whiplash and a sprained wrist. I am smiling and laughing at a funny movie and on pain meds. I am grateful. It could have been so much worse!”

Metal Hammer is glad to hear that Maria is now off of her pain meds and is well on the road to recovery.
