Following on from their double triumph at this year’s Golden Gods, Maiden have even more to celebrate with the release of ‘Flight 666′ on DVD.
Following on from the hugely successful screening of Iron Maiden’s award-winning film Flight 666 in over 500 digital cinemas in 42 countries worldwide in April, the recent release of “Flight 666” on DVD has crashed into the DVD charts at Number One in 22 countries, including the USA and UK!
In the UK first day’s sales were over twice the total combined sales of every other DVD in the Top 50. That, my friends, is the power of Iron f’n Maiden!

Now, MH, how can you consistently continue to say that Metallica and Slipknot, and whoever else is doing well at the time are the “biggest band in the world” when they only sell shitloads in the UK and US, with a few other countries thrown in for variety…
…Then you watch Flight 666, and you see how many Maiden fans there are IN THE WORLD, not just in the few countries we count as “the world”.
Could Metallica/Slipknot REALLY pull the crowds that Maiden did in South America ON THEIR FIRST VISIT!
Didn’t thinks so
UP THE IRONS!!
Maiden are the greatest heavy metal band of all time.

Amen to that.
Maiden keep forgetting their Israeli fans. The last time they were there was 14 years ago, when they could not afford to be so picky. For some reason they think they do’nt have enough fans there or proper venues but they are very wrong about that.
from your Israeli fans who wil always love you
Why is Hammer getting given out to, they give loads of print to Maiden. Never mind the covers, posters, the mouse mat & badge given free over the last coupla years! Sheesh, some peoples memories!! Maiden forever. Up The Irons! \m/
