Iron Maiden’s Bruce Dickinson “Iron Maiden Will Make At Least one More Album”
Bruce Dickinson, sheds some light on the future of the UK’s favourite metal band
The next album will be the follow-up to last year’s ‘The Final Frontier’. No further details have been revealed yet, but Dickinson says: “Things have been going a bit more prog-rock on our recent albums and the fans seem to love that.”
In the interview with the Daily Star Dickinson spoke about the band’s very British politeness during the writing process. “Being English, we still have some reserve when we’re communicating ideas to each other”. He also said that back in the early days, the band would “have a stand-up, knock-down fight about anything. But we know each other better now and people do mellow. We know the boundaries of what we can do musically.”
Iron Maiden will be taking to the stage tonight and tomorrow at the O2 with tonight’s support from powermetal heroes Dragonforce, and round two will come tomorrow with support from the mighty Trivium.
