Congratulations, you got 0 :L
The second answer on the prog questionnaire to Mike Portnoy is INCORRECT; Phil Collins sang lead on FOR ABSENT FRIENDS on the very first Genesis album he (and guitarist Steve Hackett) appeared on, NURSERY CRYME, not the later MORE FOOL ME which was on SELLING ENGLAND BY THE POUND. Check it out!
14 out of 15, didn’t know the Rush question. Couple of “educated” guesses in there too…….
The ‘first album Phil Collins sang on’ question was wrong. The song was ‘For Absent Friends’ on ‘Nursey Cryme’, not ‘More Fool Me’ from ‘Selling England’.
11 out of 15. I know squat about Camel and Marillion.
Wow, I got mroe than MP himself… the only one I didn’t know was the Marillion one… the rest, classic prog, I knew them all.
14/15.
I knew 4 of the answers
i only got the Jethro Tull question right haha
the Phil Collins question is WRONG!
“For Absent Friends” off “Nursury Cryme” is the first Genesis track he sand lead vocal on.
I got 6 or 7.
The Genesis question about the first song Phil Collins sang lead on is incorrect – you gave Mike a correct answer when he said More Fool Me from Selling England, but it’s actually For Absent Friends from Nursery Cryme.
hahahah “Can I call Steven Wilson”? He must have seen that video with SW and Akerfeldt lol.
Pretty bad when the album name at the end of the video is misspelled. Missing an l in Cloud.
15/15 David Johnson is right!
For the record, Hoedown was written by American composer Aaron Copland (who also penned Fanfare for the Common Man).
Pirates was the other ELP track on Works Vol. One… a great track!
I failed all the others lol…
