I’ve seen a few of these gigs now where the band plays one of their albums all the way through (Slayer, The Stooges, Metallica, Cheap Trick, The Wildhearts and KISS) and it’s getting a bit old-hat now (just my opinion). “British Steel” is a killer album, and if the tour comes to London I’d be there with bells on, but by doing this sort of thing the bands are leaving out so many other classics from their back catologue.

Could you imagine if AC/DC decided to just play the whole of “Back In Black” with a couple of others thrown in as an encore? Fuck, there’d be so many awesome songs missing from the set-list, it’d be criminal.

But if AC/DC played the whole of Back in Black AS their encore, then that would be okay by me!

i was at the british steel 09 concert and i have to say it was one hell of a show. i have seen The Mighty Priest 18 times now and every show is better than the previous one. i have also been to two “FIGHT” concerts and two “HALFORD” shows, and also had the honor of seeing Rob front Black Sabbath in Philly at OzzFest 04. JP is the best metal band ever!
