It would be awesome, but… I thought the “Unholy Alliance” happens every 2 years:

2004 – slayer,slipknot
2006 – slayer, LOG, bodom etc.
2008 – slayer, trivium, amon amarth, mastodon

was there a 2005 and 2007 unholy alliance? don’t think there was
