Kiss Announce New Album Details!
A one-minute clip of the album’s opener and the album’s covert artwork have been released too!
Kiss have confirmed the rumour that their forthcoming studio album is to be titled ‘Sonic Boom’ and will be released on October 5th.
The disc will be released as a 3-disc set in the States and Canada exclusively through Wal-mart, Walmart.com and Sam’s Club retail locations and will include a live DVD from Argentina on Kiss’s latest ‘Alive 35 Tour’ and a disc of Kiss classics that have recently been re-recorded by the band. It’s not yet known if this ‘Sonic Boom’ box will be available in the UK but if we were betting folk at Metal Hammer, we would imagine so.

Yawn. yet more drivel from the “rock” whores. And a 3cd boxset to make themselves yet more money.
I don’t want them to move on!! If it’s not broken don’t try and fix it. A tried and tested formula that has paid off in platinum, they’re fine just the way they are. If you want cutting edge, thought-provoking music listen to Opeth. But if you want to Rock N’ Roll all night and party everyday you know where to go!!
The song sounds like it’s commin’ from
Rock n Roll Over but.. that’s just me talkin’, I may recall on that when I hear the rest of the album!!
For now it sounds much better than Psycho Circus.

This has got to be the most ridiculous album cover ever…they paid money for this? I can’t believe it was from the same artist who did RARO…and he claimes this is his best work yet…oh jesus…i hope the music isn’t as bad.
And they’re charging less than $15 for the 3-disc set in the States, can see them making much money out of that.
The artwork looks very retro to me, like an ’80s flashback. I think it’s cool, very gaudy and toxic!! Loud colours, bright & bold graphics, awesome stuff I reckon.
