Kiss To Release ‘Sonic Boom’ Through Loud & Proud/Roadrunner In The UK
Kiss announce a deal that will see their new album, ‘Sonic Boom’, released through Roadrunner’s Loud & Proud imprint in the UK.
Speaking about the deal, Paul Stanley has said: “Success comes from a winning team, and Roadrunner is the perfect partner for Kiss in terms of understanding what this album is and also having a great track record of success.”
Loud & Proud president Tom Lipsky says: “Great artists make great music and Kiss has certainly accomplished that with Sonic Boom.”
Finally, Wally van Middendorp, Sr VP International of Roadrunner Records says: “We are excited to have the world’s premier rock band join forces with the world’s premier rock label. Sonic Boom is a brilliant album that will surely be recognized as one of best musical works in the history of Kiss.”
Kiss will release ‘Sonic Boom’ through Roadrunner’s Loud & Proud imprint in the UK on October 5th.

Kiss are one of the most influencial bands from the 70’s. Any band that generates that amount of revenue will get a bit ‘corporate’ but one thing too remember is that they wern’t too corporate when they started.. in fact they were kinda controversial. Especially since half their name seems to be a nazi SS symbol.
Influential on the Yanks maybe but they were, are and always will be shit. The SS thing was to get their names in the papers. Who do you think started the whole Knights In Satans Service thing? Obviously wasn’t them, had to be their PR people ! Anything for a bit of publicity, amazing how that hasn’t changed over the years!!
