Korn: Top 5 Ross Robinson Produced Tracks

korn_90Korn are back in the studio with producer Ross Robinson. With a return to the old school on the cards, we pick our top 5 Ross Robinson produced Korn classics.

1. ‘Blind’
It’s all about that intro. A ride cymbal, a subtle guitar line, one burst of ‘are you ready?’ and all hell breaks loose. Check out the video from Woodstock 99, the height of the band’s US success.

2. ‘Divine’
Still a highlight of Korn‘s live set, Jonathan Davis’s  Tasmanian Devil style rants and endless aggression rule on this atom bomb of a track. Hard to believe it’s 15 years old when it still feels this fresh.

3. ‘Good God’
Firstly, it’s worthy of inclusion for the fact that it rules. Secondly, it got past the Radio 1 censors when it entered the UK singles chart and the word fuck was aired far more than those fuddy-duddy’s will have fancied.

4. ‘Faget’
There’s nothing quite like a field full of people shouting ‘you can suck my dick and fucking like it’ like their lives depended on it.

5. ‘A.D.I.D.A.S.’
Acronyms never rocked so hard.
