Does anybody see them as anything other than a nostalgia act these days? They’re riding the nostalgia train for all it’s worth, and once that dies, they’ll just disappear again and nobody Nobody can convince me that they are going to make an new album that will mean anything in 2009/2010. I saw Lamb of god in atlanta on the no fear tour. and that was the best show i have ever seen in my life. maybe its because lamb of god is the best live band of todays metal. even metal hammer gave them a golden god award for it. limpy dick isn’t even metal. so why are they even on here. fred durst is just a fuckin white boy trying to be black, and the rest of the band can’t play more than 3 notes……. Lamb of God or machine head or Limp Bizkit or Massive atack or Clint Mansel or REM or other huge huge rack of bands that i like that is different from each other. Krause i agree with you man. I really enjoyed their (LB) set at Download and had a great time dancing/jumping/pitting/acting stoopid along to the ‘oldies’…but that was it really, it was a (very good) nostalgia act. Respect to them for putting on a great show though!

Not a nostalgia act at all. People want to hear their older stuff, which Wes was there for. Wes wasn’t there for Unquestionable Truth (Which nobody wants to hear) OR Results May Vary, yet they still do Eat You Alive. I saw them on Saturday in London and it was the best show ever. (And for the faggots that say “OH YOU CANT HAVE SEEN MANY BANDS THEN”) I’ve seen bands including Metallica and AC/DC this year so it’s just about who you think puts on the better show.
MH and LOG need to grow up, it’s all gotten way out of hand and LB can’t be blamed. For the record, I like all 3 bands but Robb Flynn and Adler are being ridiculous.

The real reason that many people hate limp bizkit is their attitude their lack of respect towards other bands/musicians:Iron Maiden,creed,nine inch nails etc. They have their own style of music no doubt but to consdier them to be up there with bands like Slayer,Metallica,Pantera,Slipknot etc.no way.Metal is all about technical riffs,good guitar solos and kick ass drums which you won’t find any of these aspects in limp bizkit.Any band can be heavy but not all can be skillfull and technical.That is what metal heads are eager to listen to.
