It’s Gn’R but not as we know it, been a fan for a very long time. And this seems to go back to Use Your Illusion, no doubt a world beater and I’m glad it’s coming.

I think that the song is a grower. At first, you might not like it, but you realize it’s AXL moving on with the GNR legacy.

I think it’s cool. It stands up after so long. They’re not going to make another AFD or Illusion album. It could have been the next ‘Dark Side of the Moon’ and some morons would slag it off. (And Idle is spelt Idol)

It could do with some ol’ fashioned Axl screaming starting halfway through, take it up a key y’know!…I sat there waiting for it and it ended before anything exciting happened.

I’m gonna buy the album - would it be because I’m a hardcore fan of the original stuff? or because I don’t want the tragedy of the poor guy losing out on this what seemed like endless fight? - I don’t know. New G ‘n’ R song sounds great. It’s been a hell of a wait, but definately worth it - and they still kept the solo’s! I agree with some of the other coments made, though, such as Axl should have had a bit more ’screamy’ vocals in like in the good old days! But, to have waited 17 years for new stuff from them,I’m glad I’ve stuck with them - nw they’d do it eventually!

I think Axl’s lyrics and the way he delivers it has some good attitude to it but as for the guitar riff, pretty mediocre nothing in there that really attracts or amazes you.

Sounds awesome, great riffs, like the political slant.Cant wait to hear the rest, bring on the tour!

15 years and as many millions of dollars can’t buy songwriting ability. Izzy was the talent in that band. Axl hasn’t come up with a classic song since Izzy left the band. To be fair it would be nearly immpossible for anyone to put out an album worth the wait after 15 years. And it is also impossible to top Appetite. But the truth is, this album is not that good.
