Mastodon Doing Euro Festivals in June

Can you gauge what we’re trying to say here?
Mastodon, lords of the riff and winners of the Metal Hammer critics album of the year for 2009, have been announced for Sweden Rocks festival in June. So they’re going to be playing rock and metal festivals in June. They’re on quite a few Sonisphere dates in June also but by the looks of things, they’ll be elsewhere by late July/early August.
Can you see where we’re going with this?
AC/DC, Megadeth, Bullet For My Valentine, Deftones, Motorhead, Volbeat and Stone Temple Pilots are amongst the first 9 bands confirmed to be celebrating the 30th anniversary of Donington as the home of rock and metal! Get Download 2010 tickets here!
