Mastodon Get Their Own Beer At German Sonisphere!

Courtesy of Stephan Michel of Mahr’s Bräu brewery in Germany, Mastodon have had a very limited-edition beer brewed in their honour.
Just 200 bottles of the metal-inspired ‘Mastodon Premium Lager’ were made and given to the band and crew at the band’s recent slot on the German leg of this summer’s Sonisphere festival.

Sonisphere will be headlined by Metallica and Linkin Park and will take place on August 1st – 2nd at Knebworth. Also on the bill will be Heaven & Hell, Nine Inch Nails, Bullet For My Valentine, Avenged Sevenfold, Machine Head, Lamb Of God, Alice In Chains, Mastodon, Anthrax, Airbourne, Thin Lizzy, Corey Taylor and Killing Joke.
