Well, it’s a year later and I’ve just got my copy of Endgame… so far so good. It sounds very much along the same lines as their other recent material, all of which has been fast, heavy, angry, and worthy of being called metal. Like Iron Maiden, they’ve established themselves in the 21rst century to be much as they were in their 80s heyday –consistent enough to trust plunking down your 20 bucks on a CD without ever having heard a track. They’re experts at this by now, it’s not gonna suck.

Megadeth delivers.

Who is that fucking Dion Abbott to say stuffs about a heavy meatal god.I believe he is getting uncomfortable about Megadeth getting better and better than Meatallica.Mr.Abbott,if you cannot understand why we rate Megadeth highly than Metallica than you better go and ask those heavy metal musicians in your neighbourhood(if you have any) and ask them which of the two is better.By the way,Mr.Abbott,please come back to reality.

i think it’s hilarious how everyone rips on Dave for not letting go of the whole Metallica/Megadeth thing, when even the FANS can’t stop bringing it up! No wonder it’s destined to dog him forever…

Every bloody forum is the same… first couple of posts are cool then it’s just Metallica vs Megadeth… give it a rest guys!

New album sounds good though from the samples i’ve heard of each song! Not PS…BWB? or RIP but good, solid Megadeth

Metallica and Megadeth have always been a close call, but when u listen to how F****** brutal and masterful headcrusher is and listen to any other song from death magnetic, im sorry metallica but Megatheth looks like my band of choice from now on
