Meshuggah Reveal New Album Cover And Tracklisting

God damn it we want this album right now. Meshuggah have unveiled the cover art and tracklisting for new album ‘Koloss’. We can already smell those grooves from here. Smells good.
Swedish tech metal bruisers Meshuggah will release their long-awaited new album ‘Koloss’ through Nuclear Blast on March 26, and they’ve made us even more impatient for it to arrive by releasing the album’s cover art and tracklisting!
Alright, we don’t have a fucking clue what’s going on there either, but it looks gnarly, and that’s fine by us. The tracklisting for ‘Koloss’ is as follows:
01. I Am Colossus
02. The Demon’s Name Is Surveillance
03. Do Not Look Down
04. Behind The Sun
05. The Hurt That Finds You First
06. Marrow
07. Break Those Bones Whose Sinews Gave It Motion
08. Swarm
09. Demiurge
10. The Last Vigil
“As always, we try to take our music in a slightly different direction with each album and with ‘Koloss’, we feel that we really nailed what we were going for,” notes Meshuggah drummer Tomas Haake. “Organic brutality, viscera and groove all crammed into a 54-minute metalicious treat, best avoided by the faint of heart!!”
Brutality. Visceral. Groove. Metalicious. We love all those words! Especially metalicious, which we might have to steal from now on…
