Metallica Announce UK Tour
Metallica have announced the details of their first indoor tour of the UK for 12 years and there’s some great support acts to boot!
The band will be joined on all UK dates of their February tour by Machine Head and The Sword. There’s also the news that the band will be playing in-the-round, possibly with the stage set-up that was announced in our earlier story about Metallica’s US Tour Rehearsals.
The dates for Metallica’s UK tour are:
February 25 – Nottingham Trent FM Arena
February 26 – Manchester Evening News Arena
February 28 – Sheffield Arena
March 2 - The O2 Arena, London
March 3 – Newcastle Metro Radio Arena
March 25 - Birmingham LG Arena
March 26 – Glasgow SECC
March 28 – The O2 Arena, London
Tickets will go onsale this Friday at 9am priced at £45 for London and £40 for all other dates.

Of course us loyal metallica fans already have our tickets through the fan club pre sale which started this morning. Most of the fan club allocation has been sold so tickets will be gone as soon as they go on general release!
