Metallica To Return To Europe In April
Metallica announce three dates in Europe for next Spring and there’s more to come!
Metallica have released the following statement on their official website:
“‘Europe??’ You’re thinking, ‘weren’t you guys just talking about Latin America a minute ago?’ Well, yes, but we thought we would mix it up a little here and jump ahead to April to tell you about some shows happening then. In our effort to get the info out to you as soon as the dates are officially confirmed, here are three more for you:
April 13 – Oslo, Norway – Telenor Arena
April 24 – Moscow, Russia – Olimpiski Arena
April 25 – Moscow, Russia – Olimpiski Arena
“So keep watching here — we’ll be back several times during the next week with more European and Latin American dates. We’re looking forward to visiting our friends all over the world!”
Could the mighty Metallica be set for another headline slot at Download or Sonisphere? Could the band put on their own mega-show at Milton Keynes or Wembley Stadium? Will they return to the UK at all? Stay tuned for more details!

I know what you’re getting at Bee_Gee, they’re over here a helluva lot. Then again, it’s not like you HAVE to go see them. My problem is, even if i’m not really bothered about seeing them, I always will everytime they’re here, and I never want to be in a position where i’m bored of them.

I like the sound of that. I’d like to see them again. I wonder who the support would be. It’s a bit unrealistic, but I think Alice in Chains and Foo Fighters would be cool. Kind of unlikely though, but who knows?
