Find out what’s in the brand new issue of Metal Hammer now!

Welcome to the latest world-beating issue of Metal Hammer! In an interview guaranteed to leave you floored, David Draiman and DISTURBED talk us through the hell they walked through to bring us Asulym, their bravest album yet. Corey Taylor and Jim Root step out of the shadow of SLIPKNOT with the new STONE SOUR album and the former walks us through some of the darkest times that have led up to its creation. Also from the SLIPKNOT camp comes Joey Jordison with the first new MURDERDOLLS album for eight years with fellow horrorist WEDNESDAY 13.

On the road we’re in the US for Mayhem festival with ROB ZOMBIE, LAMB OF GOD, FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH and more; and hanging out with BONDED BY BLOOD on the LA Latino thrash scene! We also head to Germany for an exclusive look behind the scenes of DIMMU BORGIR’s new video. Oh, and we get battered in London with Leeds’ THE PLIGHT.

We speak to APOCALYPTICA, VOLBEAT, 36 CRAZYFISTS about their new albums and recent events effecting them. ZAKK WYLDE tells us the album he lost his cherry to, Scott Ian and Keith Buckley get a grilling on behalf of THE DAMNED THINGS and SLAYER’sTOM ARAYA tells us the story of his life. We look at the creation of KYUSS’ famous Blues For The Red Sun album, dig into GBH’S back catalogue and Stu from YOUR DEMISE explains his ink.

Also, we expose some of the best new bands including MONGO NINJA and I THE HUNTER. And be sure to check out the first brand new expanded Subterranea section featuring more news and interviews than ever! SWANS, CEPHALIC CARNAGE, ZOROASTER, NEGURA BUNGET, SKINNY PUPPY, HORSEBACK, NAPALM DEATH and many more!

The expanded Subterranea sounds good. …nothing else does.

Fuck Disturbed.

Sounds tasty, mmmmm the sickness…

Superhans

Disturbed talk us through the hell to get to their bravest album to date?? odds are they’ll continue the trend of releasing a poorer album than the last but in the same old tired style.. there is nothing brave about Disturbed

Trendkill
