The Top 7 Tracks We’d Like To See Children Of Bodom Cover
Children Of Bodom will be releasing their covers album ‘Skeletons In The Closet’ on September 21st and we thought that we’d plant some seeds for what covers we’d like the COBHC cover in the future.
Skid Row – Piece Of Me
With the right level of massive riffs and huge party vibe, we reckon Alexi and his shredding heroes would do a cracking job of covering this out-and-out classic.
Megadeth – Peace Sells
If someone else out there has the Mustaine-size nuts to pull of that solo, it’s the boy Laiho.
Aerosmith – Eat The Rich
Some serious widdle, a curled (rubber) lipped attitude and a lead riff that’s enough to blow your windows out.
Metallica – Phantom Lord
A phlegm-fuelled punk rock vibe and a chorus that you can easily imagine Alexi screeching at full-tilt.
Kiss – Deuce
Up the pace a little, give it a little more bollocks and you’d have a bona fide Bodom cover classic.
Motley Crue – Live Wire
If you’re going to pick a Crue tune for Bodom, make it the one that wreaks of piss and vinegar.
Johnny Cash – I’ve Been Everywhere
This one rattles along at 120mph. Add distortion and this would be unstoppable.

back in the 80’s when CoB were growing up, while Tallica and Deth were slaying the States in Finland it was all about Stone. Nowadays its a different story though.
