The Dio Albums, Born Again, Seventh Star and Tyr were all pretty awesome and the only constant there was Iommi. I agree that they all deserve equal rights, but it was Iommi. Also I want more original Sabbath and a tour so I can say I saw them before Geezer has a coronary. They should make up and all will be well.

Ozzy didn´t write anything, everything was written by Iommi and some things by Geezer and Ozzy wasn´t even the lyricist, Geezer was the main lyricist while Ozzy was in the band.
Without Ozzy Black Sabbath have been as great as they always have been, but it wouldn´t be posible think about Black Sabbath without Iommi.
Iommi deserves full credits.

Everyone forgets that Sabbath continued after Ozzy. He wasn’t in the band for 18 years, during which time Black Sabbath had 5 other vocalists. He already gets royalties for the albums he appeared on – why should he get anything else?

He gave up the right to the Black Sabbath name when he left the group – Tony Iommi is the only constant member, if he Trademarked the name BLACK SABBATH it belongs to him!
