Poison The Well has set ‘The Tropic Rot’ as the title of its new album, due to be released on June 15th Worldwide and June 16th in the U.S.

Steve Evetts, producer of The Dillinger Escape Plan, Sepultura, Every Time I Die, produced ‘The Tropic Rot’ (follow-up to 2007’s ‘Versions’)

The band posted on their Myspace page: “We’re all incredibly happy with how this record has turned out. It doesn’t sound like any other Poison the Well record, but combines some of our favorite elements from the bands history, as far as energy and artistic vision and exploration go, but definitely takes things in a new direction for us, as always. We’re stoked and can’t wait for all of you to hear it.”
