“At times we couldn’t be in a room together and there were times when we thought maybe this is it, maybe that’s the end,” says Kruspe. “And I think everyone was just too scared to be the first to say that.”

Could’ve given the Metal Maidens calendar away with the normal edition of the mag!
The special cross edition wasn’t in my HMV in Inverness so had to make do with the standard issue, but I want a calendar for 2010!
Joel..
I had the same problem, Inverness sucks when it comes to metal.
WE WANT A METAL MAIDENS CALENDER WITHOUT HAVING TO BUY IT ONLINE!!!
It’s usually been alright!
Got the Metallica metal tin cover from there, as well as the issue that had the free ‘Thrash Is King’ t-shirt, and of course I’ve got Metal Maidens calendars for 07 and 08 that I’m pretty sure were given away for free with normal issues!
Seriously Hammer, wtf?
I reckon the Metal Maidens Calendar will probably be in the next normal issue, they’ve put it in the cross version in this issue to help sell it I bet!
