Limp Bizkit and Nine Inch Nails will both play on August 2nd at this year’s Sonisphere festival.
Sonisphere will be headlined by Metallica and Linkin Park and will take place on August 1st – 2nd at Knebworth. Also on the bill will be Heaven & Hell, Nine Inch Nails, Bullet For My Valentine, Avenged Sevenfold, Machine Head, Lamb Of God, Alice In Chains, Mastodon, Anthrax, Airbourne, Thin Lizzy, Corey Taylor and Killing Joke.

Its just a bunch of crap. Maybe if they sat down together and got to know one another. They both could stop acting like children towards each other. By the way I like both of these guys. They both have talent in there own way. Most of the post before are childish as well. Everyone seems to think there jerks. I doubt anybody here has meet either of them. We shouldnt judge them. All we know is what the media tells us. I think the should get over and shake hands or something!
Linkin Park sucks balls. I f I was Metallica I would refuse to play until they got a real band to headline with them.

Limp Inch God – Nothing to do with that whole ’spending most of the ‘Wrath’ tour as support to Metallica’ thing then? OK, just checking.
@inferno – they played with Metallica on the Summer Sanitarium tour in 2003 which also included Linkin Park, Deftones and Mudvayne.
@terrybezer – bearing in mind it was this magazine that had the interview with Andy Copping suggesting Lamb of God were going to play Download – months before the June tour dates supporting Metallica were announced.
Sigh – NIN could always do what Machine Head did and pull out in a hissy fit because Bizkit were favoured.
I like both these bands, what’s the point in stirring up something that’s probably not even there?
Incidently Bizkit were for me far and away the best performance at Download this year.
