Slipknot man Shawn Crahan is to host a ‘contemporary art’ evening.

Shawn Crahan is to celebrate his birthday by hosting a collection of his artistic works, including his acrylic on canvas paintings, framed photography, prints and Polaroids from his upcoming book, ‘The Apocalyptic Nightmare Journey’.

The exhibition will take place at the Hotel Kirkwood in Des Moines, Iowa on September 24th. Entrance will be free.

Presumably, he won’t be making entrants flip a coin to see whether or not he’s going to smash them in the face upon entry. We hear this sort of thing’s frowned upon in the art world. Pussies.
