ok so i really shouldnt be saying this but i am a guardian reader and i like it but i was outraged when they said this about Heavy Metal! Heavy Metal fans are probaly the most nicest people around (although you do get the odd T***) but all in all we look after one another.

As a female metalhead i do find it hard to be taken seriously as a metalhead by my peers (and becuase i live in the chav-invested capital) but even so the few metalheads were i live still talk to me, showing that all metalheads have a natural effinty for us!

We should all Vote for this coz its a better cause than Jedi and Ozzy should be King and Dimebag the pope!!!!!!!!!!! you have my vote!!!!!

I am a (struggling!!!) Christian but for me Rammstein music is powerful, dynamic and, dare I say, sacred to me. Rammstein’s music (and I have been into this for eight years) does so much more for me than the vast majority of Christian music. Freely admit it. End of!

Ah now here, ye do know that religion is the belief in a higher power, I’ve been studying it for too many years, it’s mandatory, and I’m pretty sure that all the religions that I’ve studied believe in something.
What the hell is metal going to believe in and worship, Ozzy? Thor, Odin? Cause Norse have them pretty much covered.

Metal is a music/art form. Can we not leave it at that and not make ourselves look like twats.
