Tom Morello’s side project, Street Sweeper, have been confirmed as the support act for the NIN/Jane’s Addiction U.S. Tour.

Street Sweeper, the Los Angeles-based rap-rock supergroup featuring guitarist Tom Morello of Rage Against The Machine and vocalist/MC Boots Riley of The Coup, have been confirmed as the opening act on the upcoming Nine Inch Nails/Jane’s Addiction U.S. tour.

Street Sweeper has reportedly been testing songs out during Tom Morello’s Nightwatchmen U.S. tour and an album release is expected later this year. Stanton Moore (formerly of Corrosion of Conformity) drummed for the group during the recording sessions for the album, although it is unclear if he will be a full-time member of the group.
