Maybe not the other 3 members of KISS but I think you’ll find Gene probably has more to do with corpse paint than King Diamond. And you’ll find a lot of quotes from the Norwegian crowd on line that will back that up too, it’s been mentioned loads in the past.
I like the fact that King Diamond and Venom are mentioned for a change although i don’t agree that Venom where the only ones to start black metal. Yeah they gave it the name but the music was still nwobhm/thrash sounding. Also Aerosmith aren’t metal so they didn’t invent rap metal, that would be Anthrax and Public Enemy. Bathory invented viking metal. If vikings invented it then metal as we know would pre date Sabbath by a couple of hundered years lol
